MECHANISMS FOR THE CONTROL OF AGGRESSIVENESS

By       K.  J.  Sarma

Peace gets promoted only when the basic needs of the populations are fully satisfied . This leads to a  harmonious  society envisaged by most enlightened men.  Related information should have been transmitted to the children in the early phases of the cognitive development.

In fact the behavior that escapes and deviates from the original principle can also be

controlled.  It depends greatly on the parents, educators, teachers and the governments at global level.  In other words through harmonious dynamic education of the Mankind, justice, freedom, and social harmony can be ensured.

Hindrance of creativity and distortion of  the normal process is also responsible for the socially deviant situations.  So it is necessary to focus attention so that no one escapes one’s own natural and social duties.  Also knowledge, projects, procedures, methodologies, and phrases are needed in order to make it possible to overcome ideological, political, economic, religious barriers, which are defended by inner cerebral biological mechanisms.

 How to impart such knowledge?

It is necessary to investigate human issues at the service, for the development of objective parameters, which consider the dynamic values of human individual in his psychophysical integrity.

Aggressiveness should always be condemned by common sense whenever it produces damages to people or things.  By a process called cerebral homeostasis, (a dynamic equilibrium of living organisms ) the organs of sensorial perception,  ( a gate way between internal world and external physical environment) – it is possible to preserve the order.

The flow of energy through the organs visual, auditive, tactile, gustatative, olfactory, thermic, etc., has to be integrated with the cerebral systems.

The human brain must always preserve the equilibrium between the physical internal environment and external one.  Each external information entering the neuronal structures is either integrated with in the cerebral system or refused, when it is not possible to associate it with brain’s global activity.

The refusal triggers defenses of CNS, thus resisting the impositions for information. And if the external information opposes the defensive cerebral system, yields disequibria tensions, anguish and anomalous behaviors will  result.  Hence the imbalances in human & social behavior under psychopathologies, deviancies, abnormalities, discriminations etc. cause aggressiveness and then competition.

Hence, in order to integrate, each individual must take an active part with his cognitive background and enrich the interactions, paving way for global (harmonious, contented or satisfied) growth of individuals leading to avoiding refusal and get rid of negativity and conflicts.

Thus aggressiveness propels competition in positive or negative direction.  Competition is said to be positive when it promotes a serene interaction and not an underhand interaction aiming at prevaricating (not completely truthful) the ideas of fellow men.  On the contrary, competition is said to be negative when indirect, and violence is used in order to impose ideas and models without integration.

Thus society in characterized by competitive struggles and this definitely is imposing interaction.

The job ahead is to make justice to a society dominated by political and economic factors for attaining the supremacy and victory in a true sense.  We need to hunt answers to the questions.  How to control the brain’s mechanism of aggressiveness in some fashion? And how to achieve peace in the world in the midst of the competition?

Let the world develop a knowledge that is able to hinder the mechanism of aggressiveness working regardless of our will and motivate the desire for freedom (a harmonious will)
of each human being.

Man is aggressive mostly

-     Because of necessity,

-          Because of feeling of being jeopardized

-          Because of being attacked.

And as a consequence he responds with a momentary flight or with a counter attack if he is able to do so.  Flight or attacks are the two biological means whereby an individual or his brain responds to situations deepened by negative roles.

Civilized man by means of education and culture uses the flight and attack to harness creativity.

On the contrary a simple man with little culture and due to the lack of proper cognitive cultural instruments becomes violent immediately and attacks even for a little damage caused to him

Flight and attack cannot be the choices in relation to the respect of life and dignity, since Man’s dignity must always be respected wherever he is. Hence there is a need to search for life in a dynamic fashion.

The superiority of political and economic factors over other factors is just arbitrary extrapolations of materialistic life; which are yet to be understood to integrate and used for productive purposes.

In fact the peace and respect in families, societies and nations are spoiled because of negative competition, discrimination and superiority are buried.

The goal of human knowledge can be seen through all the fields of cultural research. In other words the integration in various domains of investigations must result in a concrete universal response fit for motivating life.  Hence the aim of the mankind is to attain an universal educational culture, paving way for the respect of life.

Therefore we must educate and train Man’s Conscience for society with universal cultural values, avoiding the issues related to superiority, teaching young people at school stage regarding equanimity (for biological reasons, justice, freedom etc.), and also by furthering integrative development with all the human beings experiences results qualitative improvements.

In conclusion every human being desires to live in peace and he wishes to be a protagonist of his existence which dynamism calls for freedom, justice, and serenity in order to peacefully exchange his experiences with all other beings.
